NEW FOR PTASHATA THIS YEAR: Only children who will be 3 years old by the start of camp (or older) may attend Tabir Ptashat. Younger siblings will not be permitted.
This year, all Plast camp registrations will be handled through CampDoc. Those that used CampDoc last year should log into their existing profile. Do not create a new profile. Parents will need to complete an initial registration application for their children online by clicking on “Registration” and choosing the camp they want and completing the first few required items. Once accepted into camp, parents will be notified to proceed with the rest of the registration process. All registration applications are due by May 1st.
When you finish selecting your child’s camp, you will also need to complete two sections of the Health Profile – “Application & General Information.” Once this is completed, your child’s application will be ready for review.
Why is there an Application process? This is because the Stanytsi need to confirm that the child has permission to attend camp. They need to confirm that the child is in fact a member of their stanytsi, paid their membership dues and are active members in Plast activities during the year.
All medical information and form will once again be submitted through CampDoc. As stated above, once your child is “accepted” to camp, parents will be notified to proceed with the remaining required items in the Health Profile. The CampDoc Health Profile and medical forms must be completed and uploaded in the platform by sent by June 1, 2025. Below is the medical form that your doctor must fill out for the new medical system.
Each oselia (camp ground) will handle payment of tabir separately. The Registrar of each camp will be in contact with parents on payment instructions. When you get to the “Payment” section please select “None” and “Register” on the lower right hand side.
Click the Cost Calculator button to determine how much you must pay for camp. Payment is due by June 1, 2025.
ATTENTION YUNATSTVO: If you bring a tent that is for 8 people, there must be at least 3 people in that tent. If you bring a tent that is for 10 people, there must be at least 4 people in that tent (etc.). We will place you in PK tents if you do not follow these instructions.
